Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Start your 30-day trial with just your email address. We'll ask for payment information when the trial ends if you'd like to continue.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account moves to read-only mode — your sheets and signup data are preserved, but attendees can no longer sign up and you can't create new sheets. Subscribe anytime to reactivate. If you choose not to continue, your data is kept for 90 days before being permanently deleted.
What does "10 signup sheets total" mean for Basic?
You can have up to 10 sheets in your account at any time. There's no monthly reset — if you want to create an 11th sheet, just delete one you're done with. Most churches reuse sheets for recurring events anyway, so 10 slots goes a long way.
What are confirmation emails?
When someone signs up for an item on your sheet, they automatically receive a confirmation email with the event details and what they're bringing. Your monthly limit covers how many of these are sent. Most churches never come close to their limit.
Will there ever be ads on my signup pages?
No. Never. On any tier, including the trial. We believe your church's signup pages should look professional and reflect your ministry — not carry advertising for unrelated products.
What does "Powered by ChurchToolbox" mean?
A small, tasteful tagline in the footer of your signup pages. It's not an ad — there's nothing flashing or distracting about it. Premium plan subscribers can remove it entirely for a fully unbranded experience.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — paying annually saves you roughly two months compared to monthly billing. Basic: $69/year (vs $84). Standard: $149/year (vs $179.88). Premium: $299/year (vs $359.88).
